Most studios make you pick mat or reformer. Here you get both in one session — they do different jobs, and together they build strength, flexibility and control faster than either alone.
Mat Pilates
Bodyweight work on the floor — no machine. Builds deep core stability, better posture and total-body control. This is where you learn to switch on the right muscles.
Reformer Pilates
A spring-loaded carriage adds resistance and assisted range — so you load movements safely, support the joints and reach positions mat work can't.
