The Right Room Promise

Come to your first class. If it doesn't feel like the right room for you — too much, too soon, or just not what you hoped — tell me before you leave and your first session is on me. No awkwardness, no reason needed. And when you're expecting now: your postnatal place is still here when you're ready, same coach, no pressure.

Here's exactly what your first session looks like — so there are no surprises when you arrive.

  • Women-only, by design — never more than three of you
  • Non-walking babies nap, feed or join in beside you
  • Prams park just outside the studio floor
  • Baby needs you? You stop — no awkwardness, no judgement
  • We provide the equipment, water & fresh drinks — just bring what baby needs

Rosae keeps water & fresh drinks on hand — see what you can add for after class.

Your questions, answered

Before you book.

When can I start after birth?
When your GP has cleared you for exercise — usually around your 6-week check, though it varies for everyone, especially after a caesarean. There's no rush and no fixed timeline; we start gently and build at your pace. Always check with your GP, midwife or women's-health physiotherapist first.
Is my baby safe — and what if my baby cries?
Yes. Non-walking babies are welcome to nap, feed, or join in beside you, and prams park just outside the studio floor. If your baby needs you mid-session, you stop and see to them — no awkwardness, no judgement. Every mum in the room is at the same stage.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Most mums aren't, and that's exactly who this is for. It's three women, women-only, and every movement is modified to your pace — you set the level. You start where you are.
Can I come while I'm still pregnant?
Yes. The prenatal class runs alongside Mums & Babies — same room, same coach — with every session modified for your trimester and suitable from any stage of pregnancy, once your GP or midwife is happy for you to exercise.
